Please e-mail, fax or phone us before you ship the product back. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return a defective product for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in it's original condition. Please include either a copy of the invoice or the invoice number and your name and address. We will refund shipping - one-way. We will pay shipping on replacements.
